Zest Assure, a trading name of Juicy Media Ltd, is a compliance platform that helps organisations manage ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification through compliance workspaces, evidence management, reviews, assessor collaboration, staff training and audit-ready exports. Juicy Media Ltd is registered in England & Wales under company number 05514688, with its registered office at DiSH, Heron House, 47 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5LN, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration Z1589829).
This page sets out the trade marks and brand names associated with the Zest Assure platform, explains when third parties may refer to them, describes uses we do not permit, and tells you how to report suspected misuse. It should be read alongside our Copyright Policy, which governs the written, visual and software content on this site and within the platform.

Zest Assure is a brand and trading name of Juicy Media Ltd and forms part of the Zest Suite family of products. Whether registered or unregistered, our names, logos, product identifiers and associated get-up are valuable business assets, and we protect them under trade mark law, the law of passing off and other applicable rights in England & Wales.
Nothing on this website, and no dealing with Juicy Media Ltd, grants any licence or right to use our marks except as expressly described below or agreed with us in writing.
Permitted use
You may make fair, accurate and honest reference to our marks without prior permission where the reference is purely nominative — that is, where you are simply identifying our products or services rather than branding your own. Examples of acceptable use include:
- Stating truthfully that your organisation uses Zest Assure to manage its certification or compliance programme.
- Referring to the platform by name in reviews, articles, presentations, training material or comparative discussion, provided the reference is factual and not misleading.
- Linking to www.zestassure.com in plain text.
When referring to our marks, please use the correct spelling and capitalisation, do not alter, abbreviate or combine them with other words or logos, and do not present them more prominently than your own branding. Where practical, an attribution such as "Zest Suite is a registered trade mark of Juicy Media Ltd" is appreciated.
Prohibited use
The following uses are not permitted without our express written consent:
- Adopting any name, logo, domain name, social media handle, product name or design that is identical or confusingly similar to Zest Suite, Zest Assure or any related mark.
- Using our marks in a way that suggests partnership with, sponsorship by, certification by or endorsement from Juicy Media Ltd where none exists.
- Incorporating our marks into your own branding, marketing, packaging or advertising, including as keywords or metadata intended to divert traffic or trade on our reputation.
- Reproducing our logos or visual identity, or modifying, distorting or recolouring them in any form.
- Using our marks in connection with unlawful, misleading or disparaging material, or with goods and services we have not supplied or approved.
- Registering or attempting to register any trade mark, company name or domain name that includes or imitates our marks.
We monitor use of our marks and will take appropriate action, including legal proceedings under the law of England & Wales, to protect them where necessary.
Reporting misuse
If you become aware of any unauthorised or misleading use of our marks — for example a copycat website, a look-alike product name or a false claim of affiliation with Zest Assure — please tell us. Contact us at hello@zestassure.com or call 0161 464 9252, including where possible a link, screenshot or other evidence and a brief description of where and when you saw the use. We review every report and treat information you provide in confidence, in line with our Data Protection Policy.
Requests for permission to use our marks in ways not covered by the permitted uses above should also be sent to hello@zestassure.com. Please describe the proposed use in reasonable detail; we will respond as promptly as we can.
