Copyright

Last updated: 6 July 2026

This notice explains how copyright applies to the content published on www.zestassure.com and within the Zest Assure compliance platform, what you are permitted to do with that content, and how to contact us about reuse or suspected infringement. Zest Assure, a trading name of Juicy Media Ltd, operates this website and the platform. Juicy Media Ltd is registered in England & Wales under company number 05514688, is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration Z1589829), and has its registered office at DiSH, Heron House, 47 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5LN. By continuing to use the website or the platform, you accept the terms set out below.

Ownership of copyright

Unless we state otherwise, Juicy Media Ltd owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the material we publish on this website and produce within the Zest Assure platform. This includes the written content, page designs, graphics, illustrations, logos, downloadable resources, template documents, training materials, help articles, software code and the arrangement and presentation of all of these.

Our customers keep full ownership of the compliance content they create or upload to the platform — for example, their policies, procedures, evidence files, review records and training materials. Nothing in this notice transfers any rights in customer material to us; our use of that material is governed by the agreement in place with the customer and by our Data Protection Policy.

Names, logos and marks belonging to third parties — including certification bodies and standards organisations referenced in connection with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus — remain the property of their respective owners. Our own brand marks are covered in our Trade Marks Policy.

  • print pages from the website for your personal use or for internal business purposes, such as evaluating our services or preparing for a compliance project.

This licence does not allow you to republish our content, sell or sub-license it, incorporate it into another product or service, redistribute it commercially, or remove any copyright or attribution notices from it. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. If you would like to use our material in a way this licence does not cover, please ask us first — see the Permissions section below.

To the extent permitted by law, we expressly reserve our rights over text and data mining of the content we own, and we do not consent to its use for AI training without a written agreement.

Please do not reuse our material until you have received that confirmation.

Enforcement

We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and monitor for unauthorised use of our content. Where we find our copyright has been infringed, we may take legal action, which can include seeking an injunction, claiming damages or an account of profits, and recovering our legal costs. This notice, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Reporting infringing material

If you believe that any material on this website or within the Zest Assure platform infringes your copyright, or that our content is being used elsewhere without permission, please tell us. Email hello@zestassure.com with a description of the material, where it appears and the basis of your concern, and we will investigate promptly. Where customer-uploaded material is involved, we will handle the matter in line with our agreement with that customer and, where relevant, our GDPR Policy.
